Rooms all looks perfect but Useless management say cannot go swimming. If any of you wanna stay below 30 days do not go as there is a swimming pool but they do not allow you to use it if your stay is less then 30 days.

A quiet escape off soi 11, had a Airbnb here. It’s high security and awesome space in the studio is comfortable for work from home situations

Great condo tower! Beautiful interior, equipped with a stunning infinity pool, good fitness room and even sauna and steam room for both men and women. Not to mention the garden with the stunning waterfall. Security guards and staff are overall very friendly and make you feel at home! Even the juristics are very friendly and helpful, which sadly is not that common. Great area with lots of bars, restaurant, and a villa market right at the next corner. BTS Nana in just 6mim walking distance.

This is a very beautiful building and apartment. The apartment is very elegant and fashionable. There are swimming pool and gym room as well. They are free to use for the people who live in this building. The swimming pool is awesome and pretty. It has a very wide angle of the Bangkok's view, you can go swim and watch the sunset. You can also see how beautiful of Bangkok in day time and night time. This appartment is fabulous, but the renting place isn't very cheap.

We’ve lived here for six months now and I just wanted to leave a review as the people who work here deserve to be recognised. The doormen and woman are fabulous; always smiling. The cleaners and handymen are nice and do a great job - keeping everything in good working order. They are all such friendly and helpful staff who make living here easy. I’ve never dealt with Juristic before but they have been really helpful on all matters also. The condo itself is great, with brilliant, clean facilities. I really have nothing to complain about.

If busy night life of bars & restaurants is your thing then this area is as good as any in Thailand. However cannot recommend staying here, photos looks very enticing and some reviews sounds good. Unfortunately our experience was most disappointing. Tried appartments, now definitely back to the more reliable hotels, at least have the star ratings. Our apartment was very small, the towels provided were smelly, ended up using our T-shirts for towels on the first day. The shower’s hot water was very difficult to adjust always a case of either cold or really hot. Though all looked flashy but the hygiene rates at average or below. The check-in is at the back of the building not at the entrance/Lobby, the girls at the reception were mostly impolite and isn’t much help, gives one the impression that they’re just to make the place looking professional. After finalising the check out earlier than the check out time we asked if we can leave our luggage whilst we quickly get something to eat before our booked taxi comes, only to be told no, but then, can if you pay 100 Bht each bag (had 4 bags). A bad taste to the very end. Can go on but will finish with a good word for the old security door men, they were polite, helpful and knew a lot more.

Loved this condo!!! We stayed in a deluxe double for 4 days which was very cosy and as it was a service apartment, they cleaned our rooms everyday. Check in was very easy. We used their infinity pool, which is to die for and I guess the best in Soi 11. They have. Gym too which anyone who stays there can use. Super safe as well. I will definitely continue to stay here when ever I visit Bangkok.

The hotel staff are not well trained and not polite. Rules are more important than the service here .Security (with black custume) Was speaking with Chinese guest in a very rude way.I just went to luggage room to left small bag and oh my God the guy there start to tell me the rule which is more though than British Army's.
